CONFIRMATION

Confirmation takes place after Baptism. At confirmation we say yes to Jesus’ call to follow him and receive the Holy Spirit as God’s seal on our spiritual journey through life. We confirm for ourselves the promises made on our behalf by our parents and Godparents at our Confirmation.

 

Confirmation takes place at a public service at which the Bishop will invite you to renew your Baptismal promises and will pray for the Holy Spirit to come upon you.
